I would like to know if you will let someone borrow money on their mobile home without the person owning the land. Me and my husband just paid cash for a 2013 mobile home and something has come up and we need some money fast. I was just wondering if you would lead money on the mobile home without owning the property.

I agree with Chris that it will difficult for you to get a mobile home loan if you don't own the land. Most of the lenders will not consider you for a loan. It will be better if you could speak to the local personal home loan lenders and check out if they can help you.
