i have 2 mortgage loans, one for duple one for lot

I purchased a duple, ONE for lot, I did not buy this home unless yard went into deal, after getting all papers, he told me price was changed, and yard didnt go with house, I said you cant do this, I was misled, lied too, deceived on this purchase, 2 people came to my home and I signed these papers, it was drawn up 2 contracts, I signed it, I said to these 2 people do you hear what he said, he told me it was my purchase from him. well, this was so upsetting to me, I got atty, cost me $200.00 just for a letter to them. wanted $$$$.oo to continue, I am on disability can't affort that, but was taken, he sold yard to them for $$$$.00 amt money, I have loan for this purchase, and they have damaged my property to no end. I need serious help, I been reading your comments, and I dont beleive they can take my loan I was purchaser and buyer at time., I want my property back, has cost me renters, and mental physical trauma under dr.s care pain suffering due to this action. and more. I want to sue for damages, and my property back. called a legal place waiting for 2 weeks for answer.

"I did not buy this home unless yard went into deal, after getting all papers, he told me price was changed, and yard didnt go with house" Though the price changed, if you purchased the property, you would be considered as the owner. However, after the purchase, if you signed a deed and transferred the property to someone else, then you won't remain the owner any further. You need to take legal help if you've been deceived to sign the property transfer deeds. Unless you take legal help, you won't be able to resolve this matter.
