my name is on the Deed, but not on the loan i have been paying the mortgage payment for 18 month My ex moved out. He will not sign for me to get receipt, or any info I need from U S Bank. What should I do. I work for CCC And we are now on a 7.25 hr What can I do to help him help me with the mortgage until I get back on track.

You've mentioned that your name is on the property deed but not on the mortgage. In that case, you are not personally liable for the loan. If you do not pay the mortgage dues on time, then the lender will not come after you. Rather he will sue your ex to receive the payments. If the ex does not pay the dues, the property will be foreclosed and his credit will be badly affect. You can let you ex know about the negative affect which he may face due to the non-payment of mortgage dues and ask him to help you in paying the loan dues.
