i am looking to get a loan using my deed how can i do that and it is possible i need cash by thursday

If you have a free and clear property, then you can use it to get a loan. However, I don't think you would be able to get a loan within Thursday. You will have to get pre-qualified for the loan. The lender will check out your financial situation, your credit scores, etc. and then let you know whether or not you would get a loan. It will take quite a few days for the lender to originate the loan.
