Mortgage payment would be on a 270,000 and a
275,000 home with all taxes, pmi etc included.
Because my husband and I do not have 20 perc
To put down we would have to look at doing a FHA
Loan with 3 perc down correct?

What is your middle credit? (Yours and his?) How much do you make? How much debt are you carrying? What city and state are you buying in? What type of property are you buying? Depending on your credit you can look at a conventional loan at 5% down or an FHA loan with 3.5% down. Give us a call to discuss your loan scenario, we are in the office today.

With the help of an online calculator, you can get an approximate estimate of your total monthly mortgage payments. This will help you check out whether or not it is affordable to you.
Julie;
It would be difficult to calculate a precise mortgage payment as your payment will be based directly on your interest rate which will be based on your credit score. I would be happy to pre-qualify you.
