Any nina loans still available ?
Yes there are still NINA loans available but it will depend upon where you are located. There are no national lenders doing it. I work with some smaller lenders who are willing to offer those programs in a smaller geography.
ditto
Can you provide us with the details of your scenario?
picky, aren't you, ted?
buying home in palm beach county, FL is there any NINA loans still available
As far as I know, there are hardly any lenders who can offer you NINA loans. After the real estate crisis, the lenders will verify your income before approving a mortgage.
How's about a Palm Beach County Re-finance?
I've got a house [now] worth 250k w/ a 170k balance-due fixed 30yr. mortgage. I want a "stated income" re-fi mortgage at a rate well-below the 6.35 % rate I'm at now.
Any suggestions of whom will offer this kind of mortgage?

I surmise that stated income loans won't be found at rates "well below" 6.35%.
