need a loan or line of credit 60k on my house that is worth 200k. problem is i'm self employed and can't use taxes.

As you're self employed, unless you provide the required documents to the lender, you won't be able to qualify for a loan. You should contact the local lenders with all the required documents and apply for the loan. This community has a large number of lenders.
