If you are Veteran and looking for a VA loan or if you are looking for an USDA loan, then you will be able to buy a property and get a mortgage with no money down.

Hi lilly,

Conventional loans or FHA loans are not available without any down payment. In case of conventional loans, you should give the required 20% down payment or you should go for a private mortgage insurance.
