I need a Loan Originator for Seller Financing

Hi. Because of the SAFE Act, I will need to utilize a Loan/Mortgage Originator if I want to offer Seller Financing and hold the note.

I will be buying Mobile homes for cash and then selling them bu holding the note. My goal will be to buy/sell one per month, so this will be repeat business.
