Hi there… I need full tax returns for an FHA mortgage. The problem is that I owe back taxes and am currently paying them off. Or do I just need W2's and pay stubs?
Hi Shepherd,
Apart from W2s and pay stubs, you will also need the tax returns. As you're paying off the delinquent taxes, it will be considered as a positive thing. You can contact the local FHA lenders and start applying for the loan.
Thanks

Hi Shepherd,
Tax returns will be taken into consideration for any kind of loan you apply. The FHA lender will also check your tax returns. As you have a payment plan with the IRA and you're paying it off, I don't think you will face any problems in getting a loan.
