PLEASE HELP IF CLIENT HAS WAY MORE THAN 20% EQUITY IS PMI STILL NEEDED FOR FIVE YEARS

Hi RONUFREY,

If your client has more than 20% equity in the property, then he or she should contact the lender and ask him to waive off the PMI.
