LOAN USING 2 LAND PROPERTY AS COLLATERAL, BOTH FREE AND CLEAR. ASAP
Hi poopsienainoa,
I guess you want to take a mortgage using two lands as collateral for the loan. You can contact your lenders and apply for land loans. Depending upon your credit score and income, the lenders will let you know whether or not you would get a loan. You may even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation. This will let you know whether or not you would qualify for a loan.

Yes, you can use both the properties as a collateral to get a loan. You can contact the local lenders and if you satisfy the required criteria, you would get a mortgage using both the properties as collateral.
LOCAL LENDERS ARE NOT TAKING ON THESE TYPES OF LOANS USING THE RAW LAND PROPERTIES THAT I HAVE, ANYONE KNOW WHO WILL?
Hi poopsienainoa!
Welcome to forums!
Did the local lenders give you any reason as to why they would not give you a loan on a free and clear land? This community has a large number of lenders. You can speak to them and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. This will help you know whether or not you would qualify for a loan.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
