I want to purchase my neighbors property. No mortgage needed. It will be a cash purchase I know that there are back taxes and water bill owed. I wanted to know if there are any other liens. Should I contact a title company for it? What information do I need to provide them with?
Yes, you can contact the title company and they will help you with the title search. You will have to provide them with the address and the name of the present owner of the property to help you with the title search services.
Hi Guest,
You can even search the county recorder, clerk, or assessors office online. You will require the name of the property owner, or it's address for the same.
Thanks

You can contact a title company or assessors office or you can contact attorney if you still have any doubts. It's better to get your doubts clear before buying that place.
