I need to know this... If I qualify to buy a condo, can I put all the cost of the escrow and closing cost on the loan and get approved and put it on the payments every month? Is that possible?
Hi Guest,
Well as far as I know, you cannot put the escrow on the loan but you may put the closing cost into it. There are no closing cost loans available in the market but not many lenders will offer it to you. Moreover, it will also increase your loan amount.
Take care

Welcome Guest,
Most of the lenders will ask you to pay the closing costs. Moreover, most of the lenders have now made it mandatory for the borrowers to set up an escrow account where they can deposit the property taxes and insurance payments.
