Will I be able to qualify for a conventional mortgage with credit scores 587, 617 and 635 if I put 20% down? My husband's credit score are comparatively better but he does not have a good income. I make $80,000 and my husband makes $35,000. Help!
Hi Guest,
With the credit scores that you have, you will not be able to qualify for a conventional loan. You can ask your husband to co-sign for the loan and check out if the lender gives you the mortgage.
Take care
