i was supposed to close by june 30 2010 and have gotten several extensions from the seller.i amm running out of time before the seller puts the house back on the market.

Hi coalcreeker,

You will have to get in touch with your USDA lender and request him to close the mortgage asap or else you may lose the property. Has the lender given you any reasons as to why they are delaying the closing?
