Hi guest,
Reparing credit is a slow and time consuming process. Full knowledge of your credit profile and how it represents you to creditors and credit bureaus is pivotal to full credit restoration success. Credit bureaus always advise individuals that they have a right to dispute their own credit files, but when the Credit Bureaus slow you down there are professional Credit Repair services that you can turn to for help.

Hi Guest!
Welcome to forums!
There are high chances that your lender will want you to add your friend to the property deed as well as the mortgage will be in his name.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

If your friend will co-sign the loan then yes, you probably can get the home in your name.
some lenders are more forgiving of others when it comes to bad credit, depending on the rest of your situation.
