i am in Missouri and i looking for a SIVA loan. i have a very good credit score, good LTV, cash on hand and good assets plus i own a successful business.

Stated income loans are hardly available in this market. Unless you can prove your income, the lenders will not be ready to give you a mortgage.

Bryan, from what we've learned over the last couple of years, Missouri isn't one of those states in which you'll be able to find lenders offering such loans.
