Hi there… I need to know if someone who collects social security income will get a loan for first time potential home buyer.
Hi gabby,
As far as I know, as social security is also considered as an income, you can use it to qualify for a loan. However, you will also have to meet all the other required criteria of the lender in order to get the loan.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi gabby!
Welcome to the forums!
I agree with what Jerry has said. If you meet all the other required criteria of the lender, then you may get a home loan with the help of your social security income.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

As long as all the other terms of the loan are met, i can do a loan for you using your SSI.
