Can I take control of my home

Can I take over my home if my wife has moved out of the house and refuse to pay on the mortgage; my name is on the deed but not on the mortgage; we purchase the home with my credits but after I refinnance the home the mortgage was put in her name. what can I do to save my home or what should I do?

I have contacted the mortgage company and they advise me to waite until the divoice is completed and then try to refinnance however my credit is not that good any more because I spend it on my home.

What advise can you give me. my wife has join this so call church and this un-ordain pastor has her giving him her money, and because I would not join this cult I am beinng punnish by this so call pastor. HELP

your lender has given you the right opinion. you should wait till your divorce is final. after the divorce, if you get the property, you can refinance it and transfer the mortgage in your name. this will make you the owner of the property and you'll be responsible for the mortgage. if you make the payments on time, you'll be able to save the property. you should take steps to improve your credit so that you don't face issues in getting a refinance. to know some steps to improve your score, check out the given page:
