my gf hadnt filed her taxes in 2010 or 2011 we just went to H&R and did 10,11, and 12 we are buying a home and the lender wants transcripts before closing,,,,, well , IRS says it could be MONTHS before they show up on the transcripts !! is there a faster way or another way ??? HELP PLEASE ASAP ! ( I hand delivered and got 11, and 10 stamped at the local IRS)

Contact the IRS Tax Payer Advocacy line and explain the situation. IRS will tell you their turn times, but as long as the borrower can obtain their transcripts from the IRS, your lender will be able to pull them on their side. So you need the Advocacy line to expedite your processing and send you a copy of those years transcripts.
