IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK IS THE UPFRONT MIP INCLUDED IN THE APR?
I hadn't heard of that before and I thought it was great.
It is included in the APR in every state
Yeah, it is definitely included.
The up-front MIP is included in the APR. The up-front Mortgage Insurance Premium is another fee associated with the loan that is factored in always. I hope this helps...
