I am wondering if you can get a va mortgage with an Experian credit score of 602. I can send you a copy of the report I pulled a couple days ago for you to look at if it would help
Hi cjlend,
In case of VA, FHA and USDA loans, the required credit score is 620. If your credit score is less than 620, then you won't be able to qualify for a loan. You have mentioned about the credit score of Experian. There are other two credit bureaus. You can check out your credit score from those two bureaus as well. Depending upon that you can contact the local VA lenders and apply for a mortgage.
Thanks

Actually VA does not require the 620 FICO score james stated above. The majority of LENDERS required the 620 score. Is that 602 your mid score? Have you seen the other 2 scores? Would be happy to take a look at your report for you to see if there are any little adjustments we can make to possibly boost the scores.
