hi,
i am trying to find out the best way of having my daughter who is in a house we have purchsed, added to the deed.
in her community no more than three unrelated people can live there except if she is part owner.
what forms do i use? quit deed?
how is that filed and with who.

Adding your daughter to title of the house is not that difficult. All you need is a quitclaim deed through which you can transfer either whole or part of your share in the property to your daughter.
