you can find the listing of foreclosures by looking up the clerk of the courts site locally. they usualy have online records of all the sales and judgements that can be searchedin their database.
you could try to talk to your lender if you plan to sell or refinance before the foreclosure...

Hi olcese!
Welcome to forums!
If the lender initiated a foreclosure action against you, then you are entitled to receive a pre-foreclosure notice. If you haven't received any such notice, then your property is not being foreclosed upon.
If you have defaulted on your mortgage payments, then you should speak to the lender about loan modification. In this process, the lender would judge your financial situation and give you a repayment plan to pay off the dues. However, you should remember that the lender would add up the past due payments with your new payment plan. This can increase your monthly payments.
If you have not defaulted on your mortgage dues, then you can refinance the mortgage. However, in order to refinance, your property should have some equity.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
