my house is being foreclosed on in Southfield Michigan.I havent paid in 11 months didnt agree with loan modification terms. Got a letter i have 30 days to pay or foreclosure proceedings will be started. Once officially started how long will I have to remain in my house before I have to move according to michigan laws.
Also is their anything I can do to prolong the process?

Hi only4ebay,
You will be able to remain in the property unless it is sold off at the foreclosure auction. Once the property is sold off at an auction, you will receive a notice from your lender which will mention the time period within which you'll have to leave the property.
Thanks
