I see information for a Lady Bird Deed in Michigan, but does Michigan law accept the Lady Bird Deed? Likewise, is the Medicaid information for a Lady Bird Deed applicable in Michigan. How can a get a copy of the form for a Lady Bird Deed for Michigan. I'm disabled, and wish to have my home for my sons. Thank you for your consideration.
Most Sincerely,

Hi GC,
As far as I know, ladybird deed is legal in Michigan. You will have to contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting a ladybird deed.
Thanks

Welcome GC,
Online sample ladybird deeds are also available. But it is always a better option to contact a real estate attorney to get the deed drafted as James has suggested.
