Hello- I gather this home is on its own land and it has a permenant foundation. If so, then today's rates- in my neck of the woods- would be about 6.5% with no points charged to borrower. On a $80,000 loan that would be $505.65/ month PRINC. & INT. Hope that helps a little. This site, as well as my website listed below, has some great mortgage calculators. Good luck,

There is a hit to rate for a manufactured home. If it is on its own land you can get traditional financing if it is in a park it will be tough
Good Luck

FHA is still lending on manufactured homes as long as they are on permanent foundations. There is a hit to the rate, but they will lend in parks as long as you own the lot (like in a condo complex).
Hi CA broker,
I wasn't aware of the fact that FHA allows for lending on mobile home without permanent foundation. Thanks for the information. By the way, why don't you be a part of this community?
You seem to have good knowledge of mortgage and related stuff. And from your name. it looks like you're a broker in CA. What's your real name?
