We want to finance a mobile home

It is a 1999 single wide mobile home. We assumed a mortgage, or so we thought, and have paid on it for 7 years. Found out our payment goes from escrow company to their mortgage company. Our name is only on escrow account. Need to finance in our own name

you will have to contact any local lender and refinance the mortgage in your name. once you refinance the mortgage in your name, you will become solely responsible for the mortgage payments.

Resent economic statements from America and Europe are suggesting that the recovery is picking up but financial markets remain doubtful about it.
