we r trying to get our own home we r now paying 550 monthly and we can deffenitly get a home we have been out of chapter 7 almost 2 years and we found a doudlewide that sits on peremit foundation for 49,500 and we would to purch it but cant get approved.

The minimum waiting period to qualify for a loan after bankruptcy is 2 years. Much depends on how much your credit has improved since your disccharge from the bankruptcy. You have not mentioned your credit scores. What are your scores like? You have said you cannot get approved for the loan. Why? Is it because of your credit or do you have too much of debts?
