My daughter is trying to buy a mobile home, talked to banks and they said that if she could get 5% down it would work, then it went to 10% then 20% they pulled her credit 3 Times (642) then they said no loan. Just wondering if anyone knows what we can do.
Hi Mollymay,
welcome to Mortgage fit,
"talked to banks and they said that if she could get 5% down it would work"
Do you have any written documents from bank for this deal, I mean pre-approval letter or any letter/email stating that you are pre-approved for the loan....
If you do have this doc then only you could be able to pursue this matter with FTC and BBB.
To file a complaint with FTC you may visit below mentioned link...

Feel free to ask any further query if you have....

Owning a mobile residence is a real pleasure. You can talk to other banks and they said that if she could get 5% down it would work. A mobile home mortgage with down payment of less than 20% is considered a low down payment mobile home loan
