I own my property, but i need a loan to develope the land and buy a manufactured home. My property needs driveway,septic,well,and possibly foundation. But i have poor credit becouse of BK. I have never owned a home. Where is the best place for me to find the loan that i need?

In order to qualify for a loan you need to have a good credit score. There are very few lenders who would offer you loan with a bad credit. Those who do offer will charge you high interest rate. What is your credit score? When did you get a discharge from the bankruptcy?
