Moble home is double wide with brick foundation and bricked halfway up the home. Home is on a 5 acre lot. Home also has a 2 car garage attached. Home is currently vacant. Asking 74,000.00. But the realtor says lenders are not lending on moble homes so how do get a loan on this with the home already set up on the land.

I haven't heard of the fact that the lenders are not giving loans for mobile homes. I would suggest you to speak to some of the local lenders directly and check out if they can help you. In case, you do not get any help from them, you can contact the retailers who sell mobile homes and get a personal property loan using the mobile home as a collateral. However, these loans are available at a high interest rate.
