Used mobile home, double-wide, 2 acres fenced in land
Does the mobile home have a permanent foundation? if there isn't such a foundation, you won't qualify for a mobile home mortgage. Just check out your loan options from the information available on mobile home loans.
Let me know about your financial situation? What's your credit score and how's your income?

Yes, it has brick foundation. My income is stable, roughly 45,000 yearly. My credit scores are all above 600, not sure of exact numbers. I have been working with credit repair for the last 6 months. Does this help any? Thanks for your reply.
Hey Dawn,
As the property has a foundation, I don't think you will face any problem in getting a mortgage for the mobile home. Contact the lenders of your area and check the type of rates and terms they are offering you. This will help you in judging whether you will be able to afford the loan or not.
You can also speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. This will help you to know what type of rates you can get.
