Hi,
There are many lenders who do offer FHA loans to finance mobile homes. You can get a list of all the FHA approved lenders who offer loans for mobile homes like the Title I program etc. from the HUD website. However, you need to have a minimum score of 620 to qualify for an FHA approved loan. You can also seek a no-obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community. Those of them who still offer FHA loans for mobile homes should be able to assist you. Even if they do not offer such loans, they should be able to refer you to an FHA lender in your area.

A fe banks are offering to their retail divisions but not wholesale divisions. The web site is a good idea but I wanted to know if yuo had a lender specifically doign these?
Thanks,
Scott
