how can i separate my home loan and land into two separate payments?

As you've financed the land and the mobile home together, it will be difficult for you to separate both of them. You will have to contact your lender and check out his opinion in this matter.

thanks, i have contacted them once they told me they wouldnt separate it i was just hopeing someone might have done this and could tell me how but it aint looking good i want to build on the property so im going to check with the local banks and see if i might can work something out. thanks for your reply.
