Hi sbabygirl!
Welcome to forums!
It would be difficult for you get a loan with a bad credit. You haven't mentioned your credit score. You need to improve your credit score and then look out for loans. You can check out the following page to know some steps to improve your credit score:
http://www.mortgagefit.com/credit-rating/credit-repair.html
What's your credit score like? If your credit score is between 720-740, you can expect to get a conventional loan. However, the lender would consider your income before giving you a loan. If you wish to take a FHA loan, then you should have a minimum credit score of 620.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hey there Sandra! How bad is your credit? You may still have a chance of applying for and getting a loan from a regular lender. If you donqualify for that though, you can still apply for a bad credit loan, a sub-prime loan, or even a payday loan. The only drawback is they can a bit expensive, so if you want to qualify for a regular loan, check your credit and work on improving your credit score first. Good luck!
