I am trying to sell my dublewide man. home that sits on perm. foundation, listed as real property according to the court house, but my realtor tells me there are no companies out there that will finance any buyer with FHA due to being mobile home..Is that true? I dont think my realtor knows what he is talking about and I am needing help ASAP!!
The buyers can speak to some of the lenders and check out what they have to say in this regard. They can even apply for personal property loans in order to buy the property. However, these loans are available at a higher interest rate. This community has a large number of lenders. The buyers can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community. This will give them an idea whether or not they would get a loan.
