Hi,

This is Jean Southerland and i am very depressing about my mortgage.. I have not pay my mortgage. Please advise

Jean
Hi Jean,

Dont feel so depressed about not having paid your mortgage. I guess there may be some reason behind this, may be you are in some problems and you are not able to gather sufficient funds to meet your mortgage payments.

But if you can please tell us what’s the problem, then it will be easier for us to help you out. Actually managing a mortgage isn’t that easy and if you are in some problems, you should take some professional help if you really want to get over it.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,
Jessica.

jean, you need to contact your mortgage lender right away, to try to work out an arrangement that will allow you to maintain your home.

lenders are much more likely to work with people than in the past, as there are so many in a jam. i wish you well in your job search as well as with the ironing out the mortgage problem.

I am behind on my payments. Lender made a payment plan that is 200.00
more a month for 7 months. If I can't make up one 595.00 payment, how can I possibly pay 807.00. I can pay the 595.00, but they refuse this.

such sage advice given here...genevieve you'll need to get back in contact with your lender and point out to them your inability to abide by their wishes. try to negotiate a different plan - find a counselor from hud.gov to help you out and work with them to get you back to where you need to be.
