8-20-10....After making a change on my account for payments to be taken from a different account, NationPoint failed to make the change on their end. When they took the payment from an old account, that old bank charged me a $35 NSF fee. Had they taken it from the correct bank, I would not have been charged this fee. I called and talked to "Matt" at NationPoint about the mix up and they said there was nothing they could do. My husband and I have NEVER been late on our accounts (2) and because they failed to make the change on their end, we are the ones paying for the bank error.
I plan on refinancing and staying away from NationPoint.

GB, I think you ought to take your $35 complaint up the ladder from Matt. He obviously didn't have the stroke to refund your money, but you ought to be able to find someone who can do so - particularly inasmuch as it's their error that caused the charge.
