I have a loan out with United cash loans, next week they are going to try to renew there charge...I dont have money in my account and right now my account is frozen because I had fraudlent charges on my account. I dont know what to do and because of NSF fees from those fraud charges I have no money I got paid today and it went to NSF fees I am going to file a claim with my bank because of EZ loan protection charging me without my permission for nothing I purchased...this is crazy now I am going to have more fees so I froze my checking account and going to try to talk to united loans I am sure they willl try to file something against me I am worried and just want to be outta debt...and not ever have to take a loan out again any advice??
The creditor will have the rights to collect the dues from your checking account. If you close the checking account, they will file a lawsuit against you as they won't be receiving their payments. You should contact your creditor and discuss your situation with them. Try to negotiate for such a payment plan that you are not over-burdened with your dues. I hope the creditor will help you.
