I have called and called CSC trying to get an answer about why my first note differs from what I was provided at closing. It appears the escrow is doubled! I cannot get anyone to answer the phone for two days.

It is your lender who will be the best to answer your query. You should wait for their response through email or send them a certified letter demanding an answer. You can also contact them over the phone in order to seek a response.

Sunny, what do you mean by "first note"? Is this the monthly billing statement that you're getting for the first time? I can certainly understand your confusion if the escrow amount has doubled from what you anticipated based on closing documents.
Have you tried your originator? That person may have a phone number that'll serve you well. If not, perhaps there's someone else in the office who's conversant with the procedure.
Keep on keeping on - that's the only other advice that makes sense. Continue to call and sooner or later you'll get someone with a modicum of sense who can assist you.
