I am trying to add my spouse to the time share deed that is located in Las Vegas NV. How can I get the forms to do this and can this be done in California?

As the property is located in Las Vegas, Nevada, you will have to get hold of a quitclaim deed of that state and record the deed in the county clerk's office where the property is located. Thus, you won't be able to do it in California.
