if the lenders files a non-judiciary foreclosure against me. How many days do I have to vacate the property form date of notice? Also do they pay for relocation fee's of the homeowner or does that just apply to a tenant? What is the likelyhood of Nevada state filing a deficiency notice against me? I have not assets. Thank you. Debra
Hi debra!
Welcome to forums!
It takes around 120 days to complete the foreclosure process in Nevada. After the foreclosure sale is over, the lender will send you a notice to vacate the property. You will have to leave the property within that time period. Deficiency judgments are allowed in Nevada. The lender can come after you and sue you for the balance amount resulting from the sale of the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
