Can the wife do this in Nevada>?

My wife & I purchased a Condo in 2005. She left me high & dry in Aug 2008. I was unable to make payments & returned the Condo to the bank. Is it legal for her to have her name removed from the loan documents? Even though we are still married>?
Hi Intimidator,

Your wife won't be able to remove her name from the mortgage docs unless you refinance the home loan. If you've refinanced the home loan in your name, your wife would be automatically removed from the mortgage docs.
