I currently go to the Nevada house auction, and there are alot of houses that need to have the title checked for, so i was wondering if there is a title search database that i can use to title check it my self. The title company charges way too much, and i already know how to title check, i just need the database. If you know a database for Clark County Nevada Please let me know thank you.
the data base would be in the repository in which those deeds are recorded. county clerk's office would be the place, wouldn't it?
