Witness signatures for NJ - Subordinate Mortgage

Posted on: 23rd Aug, 2009 12:28 pm
In NJ does a Subordinate Mortage require witness signatures if notarized for with borrower's signature?
As far as I know, a subordinate mortgage in New jersey would require the signature of the witness. However, you should contact an attorney and he would be the best person to help you out.
