I'd like to know what the "time frame" is on filing a QuitClaim Deed in the state of New Mexico in order to be valid.
Hi barbarat,
As far as I know, in New Mexico you need to record a quitclaim deed or any deed used to transfer ownership within the 60 days of the transfer in order to be considered as valid.
