Can I refinance my house if mortgage on my name only?

i own a home in suffolk county- southampton township,new york state- with my husband ( i added him on my deed as husband via a sale $ bargain deed)
i m the only one on morgage and i'm the only one payiung it
i refinanced in 2004 and took an aditional home equity loan to build the second story to the house
i added my husband on the deed in 2008
my rate for mortgage is now 6.7%
can i refinance again at a lower rate and get some cash?
my house is worth now 550k acc to last apraisal when i got the c of occupancy
i owe 180k to mortgage co
how much cash can i get if i refinance ?
can i do the refinancing without my husband involved?
in case if divorce is he entitaled to some of the cash from refi( being is borrowed against the home equity and he is on the deed too as i mentioned)?
i intend to pay the refi on my own
