National Foundation for Consumer Credit (NFCC) is the nation's largest and longest serving national nonprofit credit counseling network. The NFCC is the parent group for Consumer Credit Counseling Service.

It sets the standard for
  • Quality credit counseling
  • Debt reduction services and

  • Education for financial wellness.

It can also provide the following services:
  • Assistance in setting up a realistic personal budget.

  • Possible negotiations with creditors to make arrangements for reduced payments on bills and

  • Assistance in planning for future expenses.
